This isn’t a break. It’s a reset.
Four intentional days offline to slow down, clear the noise, and get out with a clear action plan to make the changes you’ve been pushing back for so long.
The Offgrid Retreat is the embodied version of the Offgrid framework.
We go through the same process – with more accountability, in a breathtaking environment, with the support of a group of like-minded people.
Hosted at Tinhela610, a private off-grid sanctuary in Northern Portugal known for its minimalist design and quiet luxury, the retreat blends comfort, stillness, and raw nature.

Arrival, grounding, and a clear outline of the work ahead.
You set your personal objectives for the retreat and meet the small group you’ll be journeying with. Expect straightforward conversations, shared expectations, and a sense of accountability from day one.
A full day without devices or external inputs.
The aim is simple: remove all noise and give your mind the conditions it needs to reset. You’ll spend the day in silence, walking, resting, thinking – without reaching for your usual habits.
With more mental bandwidth, you move into structured exercises designed to clarify problems, spark ideas, and unlock solutions.
You finish the day with a focused action plan: clear priorities, timelines, and practical next steps.
The final day helps you stress-test your plan, pressure-check your choices, and prepare to implement them once you’re back in daily life.
You leave with clarity, momentum, and a realistic way forward.

Pre-retreat preparation + post-retreat integration guide
The program has been carefully crafted to encourage growth through change, time in nature and connection with a supportive community.
Tinhela610 is a wilderness retreat sanctuary created by Holly and Edouard, designed by architect Luis Rebelo de Andrade, and built to work in harmony with the land.
Everything, from the solar panels to the compost toilets, from the handmade furniture to the permaculture garden, reflects their belief in regenerative, intentional living.
You’ll stay in one of six minimalist wood cabins, each with handmade beds, natural linens, blackout curtains, and a small desk for reflection.
Outside, you’ll find hidden hammocks, movement platforms by the river, and five wild swimming holes.
The bathhouse and sauna are the heart of Tinhela, a Japanese-style bathing ritual using pure spring water, and a traditional Finnish wood-burning sauna that reconnects you to the body.
Meals are prepared with organic, locally sourced ingredients from the surrounding Trás-os-Montes region: slow, nourishing, shared around a three-metre-long communal table.
Every corner of Tinhela is designed for quiet yet powerful transformation.
Charlotte Beaulat-Clément is a wellness entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, and speaker who has spent the past years helping people reconnect with themselves through challenge, intentional discomfort, and meaningful experiences.
Her work spans fitness and wellness consulting across Asia and Europe, transformation frameworks, and the creation of group spaces that blend science-informed practices with real-life experimentation.
She has facilitated connection-based workshops, guided people through high-intensity personal growth settings, built wellness brands, and spoken at conferences about behaviour change, wellbeing, and modern overstimulation. Across all of it, one theme runs through: helping people step outside their comfort zone in a way that feels safe, real, and transformative.
Charlotte’s approach is practical and grounded. No spiritual bypassing, no sugar-coating. She combines clear structure, nervous-system awareness, and a deep belief that small, intentional challenges can change how people see themselves. Offgrid is the distilled version of that philosophy – a space where you get to stop, reset patterns, and access the clarity you’ve been missing.
